InstallIQ™ Information
Click the 'Download' button to begin downloading the software using InstallIQ™. InstallIQ™ is an install manager that will manage the installation of your selected software. In addition to managing the installation of your selected software, InstallIQ™ will make recommendations for additional free software that you may be interested in. Additional software may include toolbars, browser add-ons, game applications, anti-virus applications, and other types of applications. You are not required to install any additional software to receive your selected software. When the download box appears, click 'Run' or 'Open' to start downloading InstallIQ™. Once the download of InstallIQ™ has been completed, the installation process will begin. To continue the installation of your selected software, press the 'Accept' button. You may choose to 'Accept' or 'Decline' any additional software. Once you have Accepted or Declined the offers, InstallIQ™ will complete the installation of your selected software and any additional software your chose.
InstallIQ™ manages the installation of your software. During the installation we set cookies and update your registry:

Remove Cookies
To delete cookies in
Internet Explorer:
- Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
- On the General tab, under Browsing history, click Settings.
- Click the View files button.
- Click the Name column heading to sort all the files alphabetically, and then scroll down until you see the file your username@freeze.com.
- Right-click the cookie click Delete, and then click Yes.
- Close the window that contains the list of files, and then click OK twice to return to Internet Explorer.
- InstallIQ™ also updates your registry with a unique installer id. The installer id allows us to recognize you during subsequent visits or software installations. For information on how to remove the registry entry click here.
Remove Registry Entries
To Remove the Registry Entry:
- Start
RegEdit and find the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Freeze.com/Installer key.
- Press the delete key or click the right mouse button and click Delete.
- Exit Registry Editor.

Uninstall Information
If, at anytime, you decide you do not want any of the software or offers that you have downloaded during this process, you can easily uninstall them via Windows' "Add/Remove Programs" using the following instructions:
Windows 7 & Vista
- From the Start Menu, select Control Panel.
- Under Programs click the Uninstall a Program link.
- Select the program you wish to remove and right click then select Uninstall/Change.
- Follow the prompts to finish the uninstallation of the software.
Windows XP
- From the Start Menu, select Control Panel.
- Click the Add or Remove Programs icon.
- Select the program you wish to remove and click on the "Remove" or "Change/Remove" button.
- Follow the prompts to finish the uninstallation of the software.
Windows 95, 98, Me, NT, 2000, and XP in Classic View
- From the Start Menu, select Settings, and then Control Panel
- Double-click the "Add/Remove Programs" icon.
- Select the program you wish to remove and click on the "Remove" or "Change/Remove" button.
- Follow the prompts to finish the uninstallation of the software.
Please Note:
Upon uninstall of the software certain data such as folders, files, registry keys, and cookies, may remain on your machine.
How to disable and uninstall a browser add-on or extension
Internet Explorer
- Go to your Tools Menu and select Internet Options.
- Under Programs, click the Manage add-ons button.
- Select the add-on you wish to disable and then click Disable at the bottom of the page.
- Click OK.

Firefox
- Go to and select your Tools menu.
- Within your Tools menu, select Add-Ons.
- Go to the add-on you wish to disable, and click on the item to select and highlight the add-on.
- Click the Disable or Uninstall button.
Chrome
- Go to and select your Tools menu.
- Within your Tools menu, select Extensions.
- Go to the add-on you wish to disable, and choose either Disable or Uninstall.
